IEC extension cords
One of the most common areas of application for IEC extensions are uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs). A UPS ensures the automatic supply of power to electrical devices or systems if the input power source or the power grid fails. UPSs are used in particular where power supply failures have serious consequences, e.g. in data centers, hospitals or control centers. The electrical devices are connected to the UPS via C13 and C19 outlets. This requires either a C13 to C14 or C19 to C20 extension.
