5. Does HAWA use cookies?

So-called session cookies are used on the HAWA website, which are assigned to users for the duration of their visit so that the system can recognize them. These cookies are used to make the system more user-friendly and expire automatically after the end of the session, unless the browser carries out local storage based on its individual settings that goes beyond this. A user-related evaluation of the surfing behavior of users using the session cookies does not take place.

Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer on your next visit (so-called permanent cookies). These cookies make it unnecessary for you to re-enter your e-mail address for subsequent orders.

11. What are your rights?

If you want to know what data we have stored about you, we will tell you, because you have a right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR). Exceptions to this right are governed by section 34 of the Federal Data Protection Act.
